General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Scope
- These GTC apply to all purchases made through our online shop zoryx.ch.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The purchase is made by submitting the order. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
3. Prices and Fees
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. We do not compensate for delivery delays with damages, unless the delay is attributable to us.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. All payments must be received before dispatch.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in their original condition.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by errors or delays, unless this is due to our negligence.
